Rhizooma is a set of open, practical tools for building and inhabiting a web that is slower, lighter and more independent.

How Rhizopress, an open RSS feed, Rhizooma Reader and the Digi Light Label connect

Why we made this

The web can be
useful without
demanding all of
our attention.

Publishing tools have become heavier, feeds more manipulative and digital work harder to own. Rhizooma began as a practical response: make smaller tools that can be understood, maintained and shared.

Each part works independently. Together they create a cycle in which people can publish, distribute, discover and evaluate digital work on their own terms.

  1. 01Create

    Publish structured content through Rhizopress.

  2. 02Syndicate

Every website can offer an open RSS feed.

  3. 03Discover

Add the source directly to Rhizooma Reader.

  4. 04Improve

Use the Digi Light Label to keep the work lean.

A small ecosystem for a
more inhabitable web.
